Unmasking Lucha Libre Magazines Exhibition

Unmasking Lucha Libre Magazines is a conceptual exhibition celebrating the vivid graphic design of lucha libre magazines from the 20th century to be show at the Milwaukee Art Museum.
I created the branding for the exhibition directly inspired by the visual graphic design of the magazines with vibrant colors, circles, bold typography, and isolated wrestlers. The visible print texture mimics the charming printing quality of the magazines.
Brand applications include a brochure, series of ticketes, street banners, gift bag, and a wrestling mask I designed and sewed.
